  I use Safari 7.0.5. WordPress will not upload a 12 sec audio clip from desktop in M4A format. I changed to MP3. Still refuses to upload, says it is not a supported format. Why?

  Hi bwmagpie,

  Have you purchased the Storage Upgrade?
  In order to upload certain media types you need to have purchased this upgrade. This includes audio files.
