I used find my friends option, to check out my FAcebook and Gmail contacts.

  Both these apps are now connected. Any idea on how to disconnect Facebook and Gmail??

  I presume you went to your Dashboard – Setting – Sharing – Facebook ?

  If yes next to your Associated Account you will see a small “x” which will allow you to disconnect.
