I used to have full stat of my website in my wordpress.com site

  After being asked to deactivate jetpack plugin due to wordpress version now I wish to activate it back (upgraded all my site) but my stat are not back. what should I do?

  Note that as Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built into WordPress.COM blogs, and we do not provide Jetpack support on these wordpress.COM support forums you can direct these with other Jetpack issues to where they can get Jetpack support.
