  I used to use live chat very successfully but now every time the ‘invitation’ for help appears on my screen, as soon as I try to write something it instantly disappears! sometimes it disappears as soon as it appears – I can not access live chat – ocassionally it will work about once in every 30 attempts.

  Also, the last time I enquired using this method – no one answered.

  Hi there!

  The live chat box will only be accessible at times where operators are available to chat with you. If no operators are available then the box won’t display. Operators have to set themselves from available to unavailable during high traffic, when they’re dealing with multiple chats. The box will disappear at times when this happens.
