  I had a domain name http://www.yomyg.com which I purchased through Godaddy.com I lost the domain name and I am using a service Godaddy provides to try and retrieve my domain name. I need to speak with someone from WordPress about recovering the data I used to build my website. I need to speak with someone as soon as possible

  Hi @dwaynefisher,

  I’ll add a tag to this post to have someone from staff look at it.

  In the meantime, know that recovering a backup is an option if this WordPress.com account or any others you might control had a subscription to the Jetpack plugin or a paid WordPress.com subscription tied to that domain name. If you did not, staff will have no way of recovering your work.

  So, we’ll wait and see. Please be patient as the staff gets to your post.

  Hi @dwaynefisher, from what I can see, this site hasn’t used WordPress.com or Jetpack services, so we wouldn’t have any backups here.

  Please check with your old hosting provider to see if they have something, or you can try using cached versions of the site or Wayback to gather the content. Good luck.
