Regarding page templates, see the Template section of the Page Attributes support page.
Are you referring to the three optional featured pages on the front page of the Goran demo, below the featured image? If so, then see the Front Page Template section of the Goran theme guide for relevant instructions. There are only three optional front page featured pages on Goran. More can not be added.
The grid page template is another optional template may be assigned to any static page on the Goran theme. A page with this template assigned will display a grid of all pages that are assigned as its child pages. There is no limit that I’m aware of for the number of child pages that a parent page may have.

three optional front page featured pages on Goran ARE LOST, i havent found where/ i looked through all templates/ to my mind i ticked it somewhere. i cant add even blog there, only a post/I’m desperate

All three of these pages can be found when clicking on My Sites > Pages
They haven’t been lost or deleted. In order to set those back up as grid pages you’ll follow the instructions shared by musicdoc1.
