I verified my email but it's still asking me to verify
-
Some how, I created my domain URL http://www.thasullivancollection.com instead of http://www.thesullivancollection.com.
So I bought ‘thesullivancollection.com’ and began the process of transferring my old URL to the new domain. But it says that I must verify my email before I can do so. I have verified it four different times, but it’s still saying that I need to verify before I can transfer.
I verify through email and it says I am verified, but it doesn’t verify me.

HI Michael,
It looks like thesullivancollection.com (the correct spelling) was registered over at GoDaddy.com. Are you trying to change the nameservers to point towards WordPress.com or are you trying to transfer the domain?
If you are having issues with ICANN emails for a domain which is registered at GoDaddy, I’m afraid you might need to reach out to GoDaddy itself.
-
I did not register at GoDaddy, so that may be the problem… I currently “own” both sites, though. Here is a picture of what I’m looking at showing I own it: http://i.imgur.com/e2vFhuh.png Am I doing this completely wrong? I have zero experience.
I am trying to enable http://www.thesullivancollection.com so that it directs towards my website, which is now currently http://www.thasullivancollection.com

Also, this is what I’m seeing: http://i.imgur.com/PT6ckbC.png
Note that this is when I’m trying to access http://www.thasullivancollection.com which I purchased, and is not under GoDaddy.com.

If you did not purchase thesullivancollection.com at GoDaddy.com, then it would not appear that you own that domain. I will refund the mapping fee which you previously paid, as it will not be useful in this instance.
Do you need the other one cancelled and refunded as well? We’re right at the end of the cancel and refund period for that one as well.
-
That would be fantastic if you can cancel and refund the other one as well. I will purchase a new .com but use a different name. Thank you so much for your help.
-
No problem whatsoever! You were within our refund period anyway so it was literally the least I could do. ;)
That domain has been cancelled and a refund issued back to you. Please always keep in mind that depending on your bank it can take up to a couple of weeks for your bank to put the funds back in your account.
Let me know if there’s anything else you need!
