I visited this dashboard for the first time and touched NOTHING and now my site is down

  I came here for the first time to look at this dashboard and now my customers are calling saying my site down and I can’t log in: The site is experiencing technical difficulties. HELP! All I did was visit this dashboard, how can it destroy my site?!!
