    But I want to change url.
    How can I do it?
    And do I need to pay when I change my url?

    Hello there! Once you’ve registered a domain name, it is permanent. You have bought the right to use a specific custom domain online, and it cannot be edited once it’s registered, unfortunately.

    If you want to use a brand new URL, you will have to register a new domain name.

    In order to purchase a new domain, click Store in your site’s Dashboard and add the custom domain you’d like. Once it’s registered, it can be used as your primary domain for your WordPress.com site.
