    I want to add a Inaugration Offer on my home page so what are the ways to do the same.

    Hello

    I would suggest that you add information regarding your special offer to the top section of your website, under the text “We take care of all your Accounting and all your Tax related Matters.”

    Maybe create a graphic and put it where the second copy of your logo is, or add some text there describing the offer.

    It is not possible to add a pop-up window to WordPress.com sites, so you’ll want to add the content to one of the existing sections on your website homepage.
