  Hi,
  i want a specific address to my blog, but it is in use. The blog have only one post in 2009, and looking very helpless and unused.
  How can i request the expiration for this address?

  You can look for the contact info for the blog owner and use it to see if they will give or sell you the URL. WP staff will not interfere.

  The other option is to buy a custom domain name and map it to a blog here, but not everyone wants to spend the money
