I want a blog name that i deleted on one account for another account

I created a new account and then realized I already had a different account which I would rather use than the new account. I stupidly deleted the blog from that account hoping i could remake it on my old account but it say it still exists and won’t let me remake it, how can I solve this?
The domain was http://www.highwaycommunityactiontrust.wordpress.com

I’m sorry but deleted blog URLs are not recycled here. Confirm by reading:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/delete-blog/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
