Full description of issues
1. I created a free word press website
2. I upgraded soon after (around 3 hours later)
3. Never received a verification Email.
4. got an email with my receipt of payment for the upgrade
5. created content under my newly purchased domain (which is still active castlelandscaping.ca)
6. tired to continue creating content today and the word press website is showing that my site has reverted to a free site
7. now I can’t access the live chat (even though i’ve paid)
8. trying to find someone to help seems non existent.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
The account you’re using to post here has never purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com, so you won’t have access to live chat, and there is nothing in your account that we can refund.
I see several failed payments on your account on 13 June, but those were all blocked by your bank before they could complete, so you have never been charged by us for any upgrades.
The domain, castlelandscaping.ca, is registered with us, but it belongs to a completely different account than the one you’re using to post here. To use that domain, and to contact live chat support via the Premium Plan purchased along with that domain, you need to be logged in as the username account you used to purchase those upgrades.
We can also only cancel those upgrades and issue a refund if requested by that account.
