I want a plugin to integrate the subscription module for my joomla based website

Hi this is ashish, i use jetpack subsciprtion module in my wordpress based site : planninglounge.in. The problem is that i have 1 more website and i want a subscription module so that i can take user email from my other site and subscribe them for my wordpress based site i.e. planninglounge.in. Can i get some plugin to do so.
