This web tool is the most messed up thing in the world. I have trouble logging in, my template dosent show up on my website, the whole thing is impossible to use unless you know a lot about computers. I’m very dissatisfied!

I don’t see any transactions on your account, and your domain does not direct to WordPress.com.
Do you have a different account with us?

Well, you didn’t purchase anything from us, so there’s absolutely nothing for us to refund.

But I do have a wordpress accout that I paid for, somehow I find it funny that wordpress didn’t get my payment.

WordPress.com is 100% free, unless you purchase any paid upgrades, of which there are none on your account.
I’m guessing that you may have purchased WordPress hosting through GoDaddy, which has absolutely nothing to do with us.
-
Ok, I wish I could understand but I don’t. I guess $15 is the cost of an education today.
All I wanted was to design a webpage and put it on my domain. I’ll try elsewhere.
Thanks for everything.
-
You’re welcome, sorry for the confusion!
The $15 is probably not lost. I recommend contacting GoDaddy about this, as that is who you made the purchase with.
