I want a refund
-
Dear Support,
Where are you and how do I get in touch with you? I want a refund for an auto renewal. I cancelled my upgrade, but I have no idea if this will be refunded. It was within the time frame to cancel. You should make it easier for people to get in touch with you instead of routing everything to the “Ask a question” page. That is completely unhelpful and rather frustrating.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I can help you with that.
I see an autorenewal for WordPress.com Premium on http://nativetonguesmusic.wordpress.com. Is that the upgrade you would like to have refunded?
If so, I’d be happy to refund that for you. Since you used it to register a domain name, there are two ways we can proceed:
1) I can cancel your domain name nativetonguesmusic.com and issue you a full refund of $99. This means you will no longer be able to use nativetonguesmusic.com and it may be difficult or impossible for you to regain this domain name in the future.
2) If you want to keep your domain name nativetonguesmusic.com, I can issue you a refund, minus the cost of your domain registration fee. This will lead to a total refund of $73. If you do this, you will be able to keep using your domain name nativetonguesmusic.com, or you can transfer it for use with another service elsewhere.
Please let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.

Hello Support,
I need a refund. I paid to point my domain to WordPress.com but I actually need to use WordPress.org. The cost was $13.
My domain is mauviconcepts.com and my email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.
