I want a refund

    I read in the instructions that you are very strict about this ownership thing. I wrote to the pass help address — I don’t know why this is happening, but I know we can get through it.

    I said:

    I received notice that my domain is now parked. I have tried the account recovery work several times with every receipt number I have. I am told the email address I gave is all I need to my password.

    I can do that, but it no longer takes me to the blog I’ve been using for many years. I started, with Network Solutions via wp.org – then the domain transfer to WP.com

    Through my online AMEX account and using the dispute function, I am directed to WP. and that charge is not recognized wpchg. I don’t know what else to do. Please advise.

    I am listed in the domain name registry for reidcurry.net and communitydesign.net

    I will be happy to share any added information you require.

    They have been canceled and refunded as requested, and our account recovery team will reply to your email as soon as they can.

    I need to prove that I am the owner of reidcurry.net and communitydesign.net and have been for many years. Please help me provide additional proof. Back in March, I changed email addresses. Can’t you look at the WHOIS? and see me there. Just tell me what to do. Now that the site is “parked” I really do not know what to do.

    If that is sufficient proof that I purchased the upgrades why is the site still parked? I have yet to look up what that means.

    I don’t know if it helps but I found this email. I believe my problem started here when I missed this confirmation of the change.
