I want a refund.

    I would like to request a refund, I have canceled my subscription around a week or two ago and I didn’t receive my money.

    Our refund period for plans on WordPress.com is 30 days, and for domains, 96 hours.

    You bought a Personal Plan and the domain, shpharmasolutions.org, from us on 7 September.

    You cancelled those upgrades on 8 October, in other words, a day past our refund period for plans, and almost a month past our refund period for domains, so we did not process a refund with your cancellation.

    I’ve now processed a late refund for the non-domain portion of your plan for $30. You should receive that refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

    However, the $18 cost of your domain can no longer be refunded, because we have already paid the registry for your domain. At this point we can only still restore the domain to your account. Then we can help you point it somewhere else if you no longer want to use it with WordPress.com.
