  I had a registered domain name, it is NOT an available address. Somehow it was okayed incorrectly!… thus it does not work . I am moving from wordpress and would like a REFUND for domain and Theme purchased.

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can usually request a premium theme refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

  It looks like you purchased Domain Mapping, not a domain registration. I have canceled and refunded this for you.

  As for the theme, you can cancel your Premium Theme and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

  Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the theme in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.
