  I bought .com and I asked for a refund over two weeks ago and I spoke directly to one of your consultants and he told me the money has been refunded and the domain name I bought was taken back and now I haven’t gotten my money back for over two weeks now

  I am seeing a refund was processed on 3/16/16 for that purchase. Depending on your bank, it can take 7-10 days for refunds to show up on your account, and in rare cases, longer than that.
