I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH YOU ALL FOR DAYS. I RENEWED MY SUBCRIPTION. LAST YEAR I PAID 33$ FOR A YEAR OF lifeafteraddiction.me and then it said I needed to renew, so I renewed but it wouldnt’ allow me to renew the above name again, and your price went up to 99$, so no questions asked I paid it and had more features, now I cant even find it. at all! I will contact the credit card company and get my money back or you can give it back to me one or the other. but the new one I paid for was supposed to be lifeafterlifewithchrist.com or lifeafterlifewithchristministries.com I don’t even know because I never got to use it. this is listed on every social media site I have and its embarrassing because I says that domain doesn’t exist. im humiliated and very upset. plz once again im asking you to respond.

So, there are a couple of issues here.
1. The account you are posting from is not the owner of any WordPress.com upgrades. This typically means you ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point and that is the one the upgrades are purchased under.
2. Domain renewals should never jump to $99. The reason that happened is that lifeafteraddiction.me expired on Jan 1, 2016. Domain expiration is a long process, but by the time you attempted to renew it, the domain had been expired long enough to have been removed from our system. It was no longer able to be renewed. So the system offered you our standard WordPress.com Premium upgrade that is $99/yr.
If you do not need that upgrade it can be refunded. However, you will need to make that request from the WordPress.com account that owns the upgrade. Which, as I mention above, is not the one you are posting here from.
3. lifeafteraddiction.me appears to have made it through the expiration process without being snatched up by anyone else and should reappear as an available domain to be registered in a few days. I would guess a week at most. Sadly, at this point there is nothing I can do to speed this process up. Situations like this are why we encourage people to set up auto renewal for their upgrades.

ok, I understand what your saying and I set it all up the night I paid the 99 dollars however when I try to sign in under lifeafterlifewithchrist it doesn’t allow me to do this. So I can’t even access it, I don’t know how in the world I ended up with @joniealcorn I never intended nor tried to set that up. its either lifeafterlifewithchristministries.com or lifeafterlifewithchrist.com either way I still need help and I am not going to pay again for lifeafteraddiction.me to be back up because that means ive paid twice, I just want a refund that would be great thank you.

Again, I would be happy to help you with a refund, but you have to make the request from the WordPress.com user account that owns the upgrade. While I do not doubt that what you say happened really did, we simply cannot cancel and refund upgrades based on requests from anyone but the upgrade owner.
