I want a refund for upgrades, no gear icon

  I want a refund as I am no longer using the blog. It was billed Jan 2. It says that I can get a refund for up to a month. I want the refund, but can’t figure out how!! Please help. The total for both pieces of the upgrade was $60.

  Hi Sophie,

  You are right, you absolutely can get a refund within the first 30 days of purchase. I have cancelled both of your upgrades and issued you a full refund. It can take a week or so depending on your bank for the money to end up back in your account, but it’s on its way!
