I want a refund NOW.

I opened my account with the $99 account and then upgraded to the business which was $199. All in the same day I realized websites are not for me so I chose to cancel. I was able to cancel the business and get my $199 back but nowhere can i cancel the $99 because it says I have a free account. Meanwhile I don’t have a free account because my credit card still reflects the $99 charge but my account says free account. I want my hundred dollars back ASAP. I’ve been trying to get this resolved and clearly this is the only route to take to do so. Please just refund my money so I can move on from this.
