I want a refund on my "custom design" upgrade

  I tried to refund my “custom design upgrade” which was charge to my card today. I haven’t used that blog in over a year, and I was told it was a one time upgrade charge. Now I’m getting a $30 charge out of the blue. Please stop the subscription if there is one, and refund the money.
