I want a refund, I got an email stating that I would renew on November 18th but then, I got charged for some upgrades. Why would I want an upgrade if I am cancelling my subscription prior to the November 18th deadline?

hy cant you speak to a customer service representative? My subscription is set to renew on November 18th and I have requested a cancellation. I have no idea whther its been processed. Yesterday, I got charged for upgrades to domain mapping, private registration and domain registration. I am cancelling, I do not want or need these upgrades. Iwant a refund.

Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain patspassion.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using patspassion.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.
Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and process the refund.

Okay, I just want to make sure that you understand you are asking me to cancel the patspassion.com domain name. This means that you would not be able to set up another website elsewhere using patspassion.com as the domain name.
