I want a specific image and link for my blog on mystatic front page

Hello all! I am trying to make a simple website that has four main pages: the static home page, an about section, a contact section, and a blog section. I want each section to be linked on the static home page as an image, the page name, and a short description–which I’ve managed to do for the about and contact sections. However, the blog keeps showing up as the latest blog post. Is there a way to turn that option off and just have an image, page name, and short description?

    Thank you!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello!

In the menu, go to Themes->Customize->Static Front Page then under ‘Front Page Displays’ select ‘A static page’. Click ‘Save and Publish’ and you should be good to go.

    Hope that helps!

    Hi hawkmothworkshops,

The Edin theme supports three featured pages and ‘Blog’ is currently selected as your third featured page. To remove it, go to Customise > Theme Options and choose a different page — it’s not possible to add a static image and text to this area.

    I hope this helps!
