I want a template that I can’t seem to find…

    I’m looking for a 3-column, custom header (preferably so I can put a picture somewhere around 900×200 in there with my site name on it) template where it shows the pages on top, and parents will give drop down bars of the pages it parents. Is there a place where I can find more templates besides the 85 or so that WordPress gives me?
    It’s just not customisable enough.

    No, but if you learn CSS you can purchase the CSS upgrade and then edit any of the existing themes to however you want it. Be aware you must already know CSS before you buy the upgrade, because there’s no official and very little unofficial support for it, and you’re essentially on your own with it.

    Here at wordpress.com we do not have FTP access to our blogs and cannot upload templates into them. The only themes we can use on our free hosted wordpress.com blogs are located here > Appearance > Themes
