  hi I want to open poetry blog with my friend and I want do this on wordpress. can you delete unused dead blog of someone who didn’t post anything in 6 years? I really want this adress (http://rykowisko.wordpress.com/)

  If you like, you can attempt to contact the owner of that blog and ask them if they would like to transfer it to you. You can do this by either leaving them a message using a contact form if it exists, or leaving a comment on an existing page or post requesting they contact you.

  so…
  what if owner permanently deleted this blog? I asked him for this today , he agreed and he has done it. So why I can’t make new blog, if this old is no longer exist? Can you do this for me?
  I have agreement from the old owner of http://rykowisko.wordpress.com/ so it wouldn’t be any problem.

  Did you follow these instructions? That is how you transfer a site from one user to another.

  If he deleted the blog, NOBODY can have it, ever. That’s what “permanent” means.

  Raincoaster is correct. Deleted sites are not available.
