  I want ads on my site – you recently sent me a renewal notice for my WordPress premium bundle and it says clearly NO ADS I actually applied over 6 months ago to get advertising as part of some new thing you were doing I forget the details as it was so long ago and I never hear back from you – I WANT ADS I have an Amazon and Google ad accounts that I used to use on Blogspot all the time – so I will not renew the current premium membership until you take off the NO ADS aspect of it – also I really am very disappointed with how limited your video uploading capabilities are. So often I go to upload and a video and it’s not supported by your site….so I’d like you to lay out my options, if I have any,for improving this capability. Thanks so much for your help! Oh and I’m in Mexico so I will not renew until January 1st as I am a tad paranoid about paying on line here…and you didn’t offer a renewal based on previous payment methods.   Regarding your application to our WordAds program, you can reach them directly at http://wordads.co/contact/ . They can tell you more regarding your application.

  The No Ads piece of the premium bundle won’t be applied if/once your blog is part of the WordAds program.

  Which formats are you running into trouble with using VideoPress? We have a list of support formats at http://en.support.wordpress.com/videopress/#frequently-asked-questions (with more technical details on codecs and whatnot following the questions).

  We’re adding more options regarding payment (saving credit cards for future purchases, etc) in the near future.
