  It appears as if they no longer want this site domain, but it has not been released to the system as available. Can you verify or update this information so I could use that address?

  Once a WordPress site domain has been deleted, it is gone forever, and will never be released to be used again. There are no exceptions.

  frugalbeauty.wordpress.com is no longer available.

  The authors have deleted this site.

  gone is gone – however WordPress.COM recently changed their no recycling of URL’s so that SOME names will become available after they have been deleted for two years – so see if you can register the blog name
