    Hi, I submitted payment over 48 hours ago. Everything I’ve read tells me domain redemption is a matter contingent on time. I emailed Brook back when I made the payment but I haven’t heard anything since and she hasn’t returned my emails. Could I please get a response as to the status of the domain redemption process I paid for?
