I want bordered widget to appear on mobile view

I am using the Kale theme (free) and the bordered widget is not appearing when I check on my phone. My website is http://www.cilantroparsley.com. I would like the subscribe and the social media accounts to appear on my phone, thanks.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
