I want comments to ALWAYS be visible. Never hidden.

  I’m using the Digg 3 theme. The comments on the home page are usually hidden when I visit. I want them to ALWAYS be visible. The comments on my other pages (My Beautiful People) are always visible. You can check it at http://smwb.wordpress.com/

  I’m new to this. Please help!
