I WANT CONFIRMATION OF CHANCELLED SERVICE

Since three days I wait now for a tinsy Little Response to my request.
I purchased Business Support and reserved a Domain Gedarist.com
Now after having used your Service for about over a month actively without any Need of help, i decided to quit the contract for personal reasons.
So i deleted all Upgrades as told and finally posted in the Forum my i find completely understanable request for a CONFIRMATION OF CHANCELLED SERVICE.
This easy request i posted a second time.
Neither of both were given any Response whatsoever.
Why?
I saw user requests in the Forum with far more time consuming Content that were answered during the same day, some within the hour of posting, some even within minutes.
I can’t see why i’m rewarded with such an ignorance for the most understandable and in my opinion quite common sort of question?
I can only asume that Support has run out of ‘happiness engineers’ or happiness is only given to the customers who stay on board with questions like ‘how do i do this or that?’ but not to any silent Business premium Client who the hell why ever decides to jump off and wants nothing more than the uncomplex Response of:
p.e. ‘ALL IS PAYED. WE CHANCELLED THE DEAL. SERVICE WON’T BE PROLONGED. THANKS AND MAYBE YOU COME BACK IN THE FUTURE.’ The latter wouldn’t be so unrealistic, but being left without any tiny Little Response within three days, compared to commonly witnessed Performance of Support doesnt help this idea too much.
SO LET ME ASK YOU AGAIN:
PLEASE CAN I HAVE A CONFIRMATION OF CHANCELLED SERVICE! thru comment or even better thru email.
