I want drop down menu in my Twenty Ten header menu

    I’m using twenty ten theme and whenever I add new page to my website it shows on header menu. I don’t want to show some pages on header menu bar but I need drop down list for my pages. How can I customize my header menu. I want to add more pages but there is no space left in my header menu.
