  The above URL belongs to my client. They have a WordPress personal plan. I wanted to know whether I can install any premium themes or plugins from this plan side. Because my client’s website has to be redesigned. Premium themes and premium plugins are needed if redesigning is to be done. If this is not the case then some other hosting will have to be tried.

  A quick glance at https://wordpress.com/pricing/ shows your client would need to upgrade to a Business plan here if plugins are deemed a necessity.

  If I want to change hosting provider will there be any problem? And how to cancel the plan which has been renewed automatically?

  Best to get a new site ready elsewhere and export content whilst the WordPress.com site is still online (to ensure images transfer) before cancelling anything.
