  If you have a WordPress.com plan, you’ll have access to priority Live Chat Support.

  It is available sometimes to other users as well.

  Chat is currently available 24/5 and during limited hours on weekends. At times when all operators are busy or unavailable, you’ll be able to get through to private email support.

  Did you leave a message in the LiveChat window when Staff were away? If so, that would have sent them an email and they should reply to you the same way. Let us know if you need more help with that or any other question.

  @jrabbitdesigns Do you mean the WP Admin Dashboard? If so you can add /wp-admin/ to the end of your site URL to access it. If you meant something else, please give more details.
