I want my blog adress changed,

but made a mistake to begin with, now the name is ‘used’ – but it was me who used it. how can I get it back – can the name be annulled as ‘used’ so that I can get it back?

The authors have deleted this site.
It appears that you have deleted that URL. Unfortunately that is permanent. Nobody, not even the original owner, can ever use that address again. That’s why there are so many warning messages and confirmations when one tries to delete a site: http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
If you had recently changed your blog address and had opted to delete the old address rather than keep it, the above still applies. Whether you deleted it via Tools or via an address change, that address is gone.
