I want to be able to embed my CDbaby iframe music player. I pay too much for your service to be denied basics like my own damn embedded music player. hell, i pay too much to have a theme (the album theme) where the MENU DOESN’T WORK ON MOBILE!!!! What’s worse is that they’re aware of the problem and are like, ‘oh yeah, the menu tab doesn’t work’ FUCK THAT! I want a refund!

1. CD Baby is not yet available on WordPressdotcom. 3. Refund: Refunds for plans and Premium themes are available for 30 days from date of purchase, custom domains need to be cancelled and refunded within 48 hours. We do not currently support CD Baby embeds on WordPress.com. I’ve added your request to our feature request list, but cannot make any promises if or when support for it might be added.

We are aware of the problem, yes, but we can’t fix it, as this is not our theme. We realise this is frustrating, but we’re waiting on the theme developer the same as you are. Thus far they have only offered the workaround we gave you when you contacted us via email a few weeks ago:
On suggested fix that the developers recommended was that an album is added to the top of the homepage. Apparently when that is added the menu works properly.

You can add that in through your Customizer – Theme – Homepage.
That should work as a temporary fix until the issue is resolved.If you’d prefer to get a refund we understand. However, we cannot refund the domain at all any more at this point, so the refund will only be for the non-domain portion of your plan, $70.
You can keep the domain, matthewwallacemusic.com, until it expires, or even transfer it to another service if you prefer. If you don’t want to use the domain at all any more, please confirm and I’ll cancel that as well, but you should be aware that cancelled domains are not released immediately and we cannot guarantee you’ll be able to use that domain again in future.
