I want my domain back

    My domain was taken by WordPress.com when I shutdown the site and I want it back. There is no way to actually contact anyone human despite AI saying it will, and then later admitting it can’t. This is absolutely horrendous!

    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    WordPress.com didn’t take your domain. When you deleted your site and domain, you initiated a procedure regarding your domain. You just have to wait untill a staff member is available to see if your domain still can be restored.

    As mentioned above, cancelling a domain name is generally considered a permanent action and it begins a fairly lengthy process as if the domain had expired.
