    Hello @moniqueceramics!

    Did you have a custom domain that was purchased through WordPress.com? If so, you may be able to view and renew it on your Purchases page.

    If its not available, or something else is wrong, please provide a bit more information about what the issue is (the domain you’re trying to regain, etc.).

    Hi moniqueceramics,

    I’ve checked your account and moniquerutherford.com was recently transferred away from WordPress.com. You’ll need to login to the account you have with Register.com to manage the domain.

    Do you still want to use moniquerutherford.com as the custom domain for moniquerutherford.wordpress.com?
