I want my format to be sort of like Dumblittleman.com.. help?

  I’m new to CSS, I would like to know how to get my blog to have the most recent article in the front (as it usually is), and then have a box below that like:
  EARLIER THIS WEEK ON DLM:
  1. Previous article 1
  <small pic>
  <summary text>
  2. Previous article 2
  <small pic>
  <summary text>
  3. etc..
