    You have not atempted to help me with the problem I have been having the past several days with redirecting my domain name.

    I NEED a functioning website for my job and it has been down for several days.

    I paid the $12 to redirect the domain name. I WANT MY MONEY BACK or SOMEONE TO HELP ME ASAP!!!!!

    I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    I’ve refunded your site redirect upgrade, as it’s not necessary for what you’re trying to accomplish. It may take up to a week for the refund to appear on your statement.

    Your domain, melissaalesi.com, appears to be pointing to Wix.com’s name servers fine. So, it would seem to be an issue in configuration on their side of things.

    Please try contacting Wix.com for further assistance with this.
