  Hi, I didnt renew my thing with wordpress. I got an email saying that I did and you took 396$ from my credit card. I do not approve , I want my money back.

  I just noticed your account is only 13 minutes old, so it’s unlikely you got charged for a renewal. Make sure you are logged in with the account that got charged, to get help.

To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
