I want my money back, your processes reviewed and an apology please

    Same as before. You have relentlessly emailed me over and over again, that my domain was expiring. Even AFTER it had expired, you emailed me it was expiring. Yes that’s right, I don’t want it anymore.
    How can you send me an email my domain has expired, and then bill me when I have consciously, deliberately and specifically turned off the automatic renewal because I don’t want that domain anymore. I happens you know. I don’t want it. But I do want my money back. Such a disappointment.
