    I want a refund, I will be at the bank tomorrow to dispute these charges.

    You purchased the domain williamshores.net in January 2013. You had Auto Renew enabled for the domain, so we automatically renewed it for you 30 days before it was set to expire. If you did not want to renew the domain, we can refund the renewal and cancel the domain.

    However, I just want to caution you that cancelling the domain williamshores.net means that you give up ownership of this domain name completely. You won’t be able to use the domain here at WordPress.com or elsewhere, and there’s no guarantee you will be able to register it again in the future.

    If you’re sure you no longer want that domain, please reply to confirm and I will cancel the renewal for a full refund. (Please do not dispute the charge with your bank, as that will make it impossible for me to issue your refund.)
