I want my money refunded immediately

    Hello,

    I’ve been caught in a crossfire of confusion from your website. I had purchased a domain name two years ago (cardinaltree.com). I renewed this purchase after one year. Apparently, I was approaching two years, but had not planned to renew this domain.

    Recently, I received an email notification of an AUTOMATIC purchase from my PayPal account BEFORE I received a email notification about upcoming balances due. Essentially, WordPress took my money without informing me beforehand.

    Secondly, this purchase is not in my Manage Purchases history, so I can’t even cancel this purchase. Furthermore, the account was originally set up from an expired debit card, so I don’t even know how this purchase could have gone through.

    Lastly, I don’t even use this domain, so I don’t want it anymore. I want my $99 refunded immediately to the account WordPress took the money from without informing me beforehand. This is egregious and downright unethical. I feel like I had my money stolen from me, basically got sent a notice saying WordPress is going to take my money after it already attempted to, then somehow managed to get my money from an expired bank account.

    No. I want my $99 refunded IMMEDIATELY. I do not want my domain anymore. WordPress basically nearly overdrafted my bank acccount. This is unacceptable.

    Currently you are signed in to the dpgrocki user account.
