  I want my money refunded. WordPress withdrew 30 days too early. I do not want to renew my website. I want it shut down.

  No worries. We understand that’s a lot of money to have withdrawn on no notice.

  To clarify: You’d like me to cancel that domain? Please understand that is permanent. Which means someone else can register that domain in the future and build a different site on it. If that’s fine, just write back and let me know. If you’d like to retain ownership of that domain we can do that too.

  I forgot to mention that the email notifications sent out ahead of the renewal were delivered to the address associated with the account where that domain was originally set up. That’s under the gardenofmysoulsite account.

  Depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days (though usually far less) for the credit to appear on your statement.
