It appears cheap and tacky to have my name
typed in all Lowercase letters.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

SPELLING OF MY NAME. -
Actually it’s cheap and tacky to SHOUT! your name. Know that in cyberspace typing in all capital lettering is considered to be the rude equivalent of SHOUTING!
Setting that aside, it cannot be done. Your username is a URL and no URLs contain capitalized lettering.

Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog then, Site titles (Blog Names) and Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.

SPELLING OF MY NAME.In case it’s not the Site Title that you want to change but the blog address ie. the URL we cannot edit URLs. What what you can do is this > see > http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/ or you can make the first blog private and use it for testing and backup, and register a blog with the URL that you want. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
