If you remember the name of the theme you were using, you can search for it.
Choose WP Admin from your (left) sidebar. Then choose Appearance, then Themes. The search box is at the top of the screen.
Once you find that theme or another theme that you want to try, hover your mouse over the theme’s screen shot and choose Activate.

Hi theiconblonde,
As @webmasterto mentioned, you can try looking for the theme yourself; there is a search bar if you can remember part of the name even. I’ve tagged Staff on this thread, they may be able to see what theme you were using previously. If you figure it out before then, or would like to start using a new theme, please mark this topic as resolved.

Hi there,
The previous theme on your site, http://theiconblonde.wordpress.com/, was iTheme2. That theme was retired in March 2015, but you can still reactivate it on this site from here:
https://theiconblonde.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?search=itheme2
We do not recommend using retired themes, as they are not compatible with newer featured on WordPress.com and are only updated with critical security fixes. Please consider switching to a new theme instead.
You can see all currently active themes at My Site ->Themes.
@webmasterto, please don’t refer people to WP-Admin unless it specifically involves a retired theme, which you did not know when you replied to this thread. We recommend people change themes from My Site ->Themes instead.
The WP-Admin link is also not available to newer accounts in the My Sites menu.
